I swam & played in the pool with my daugther today for about 30 - 45 minutes.   R U MOVIN???

Monday...I walked 1 mile in the am and then swam across the lake and back in the evening. I'm not sure the distance that I swam, but I can tell you it was non-stop. That's why I love going across the lake. Sure you can stop swimming...if you want to drown!!!!! Swam for about 30 minutes straight.

However, when I got done swimming, my blood sugars were dropping and by the time I made it home to get some food apparently it was a little late. I ate some yogurt with cheerios thinknig it would give me a little spike...boy did it! I dumped and went to bed at 8. Then I didn't go for my morning walk because I was still exhausted this morning.  I have decided that my goal is to have lost 100 pounds by my 6 month mark which is in 36 days. I have thought 23 pounds in 36 days is like impossible...that's the kind of loss I saw right after surgery. Oh well, I don't care. I shall shoot for the moon and if I miss.... I'll land among the stars! I am going to start back jogging in the evenings. I encourage anyone to hold me accountable as it won't be easy on my own. I ordered some running shoes and they should be here by the end of the week as I think my shoes may have been the reason for some of my running struggles.

I cleaned house, after I got my lazy butt outta bed.  Ive had so much trouble sleeping that Im still working on getting my days and nights turned back around. Anyway, did some laundry, cleaned the kitchen, cooked dinner, then blanched the peas and put them in the freezer.  Today I swear Im going back to the civic center to work out.  I simply cannot walk in this heat, my asthma says NO NO NO!!! Have a better day, Rhonda

I will walk about two miles, maybe three.  Plus, I'm thinking that I might ride the old bike; that is, if hubby airs up the tires.  Plus, every evening, since I'm home alone, I put on the old iPod ear phones and do about an hour of low impact aerobics to the oldies.  Richard Simmons has nothing on me. LOL

monday......I started going to the gym twice a day......so at 5am I did 20 mins on the elliptical and then at 630pm I did 55 minutes and lifted weights with Tracy. I have to lose 10-15 pounds by Oct 7....at that time my plastic surgeon will be scheduling me to have my girls tightened up because of my recent 21 pound weight loss they need to be taken up an inch to an inch and a half. SO PLEASE BE AT GOAL AND MAINTAIN BEFORE GETTING PLASTICS! Just my advice...........only had them a year and they already changed shape and size on me. Aint that some sh*t??????????????? talk soon tabbykat
