I moved a little today, but nothing to brag about! Did U move today???

I moved a little today but since i have to be off ibuprofen, I am sooo stiff and sore.  I have fibro and sicca syndrome so I was taking up to 1600 mg a day.....I am going to try to grit my teeth and walk tomorrow
