I worked from home today.  The only moving I did was going to shopping for groceries tonight.   I have finally gotten "used" to not walking.  I figured that would eventually happen.  Now whenever my foot gets better and the doctor lets me on it again, it will probably be like starting all over.  I worry about that.  So... R U MOVIN???

Again, I didnt "move to lose" but I moved alllllll afternoon.  We still have our days and nights messed up from the hospital, so its stay up all night sleep half a day.  From the time I got up to around 11:30 pm, I never slowed down.  Did some laundry, major deep cleaning house work, then got mad at my nephew so I went outside to work to keep from killing him.  THATS when I really moved. I WILL get this 2 1/2 acres cleaned spotless if it kills me.  Did some raking, some burning, lumber moving, hay rearranging in the barn.  And then it went and got dark!!!!  The nerve!!! Came in, more housework, cooked dinner for last night (Monday) as well as most of Tuesdays food.  Cleaned up kitchen, took a bath, still restless, so I vacuumed the bedroom, worked in my closet and then said, "Phewy, Im done"  Here I sit at 7:30 am on Tuesday and still have not been to sleep YET!!!! Maybe I'll be able to hang awake all day today, then I bet I can crash tonight.   Hugs, Rhonda D. the one who cant be still

Yesterday I was so tired that I did not get up at 515 to go for my morning walk! SHAME!!! So when I got home last night I cooked supper and was outside by 6. I rode my bike about a mile and my yorkie ran along side....that little terd can flat get with it!  Anyways, when we got back, I got started on the yard. The plan was just to mow the front yard. So I mowed(mind you my husband got fried when we went canoeing Sunday so he was not about to come outside!) then I decided that I needed to pull the grass that was coming up in my landscaping because it hadn't been done in about 3 weeks and was looking pretty tacky. Well THEN I had all the grass that I had just pulled from the garden now on my freshly mowed lawn so I decided I would run the mower over it to kind of mulch it...BUT I needed to weed eat around the barriers and I didnt want to have to run the mower over the same spot 3 times. So I got out the weedeater and did the front yard.  By this time my husband comes out as it's about 730 to see what that heck I am doing...I left an hour and a hal*****o go for a short bike ride. Since he was out, I asked him to run the mower around the beds while I finished weedeating. Then I used the blower to clean up the porch and driveway. Then HE gets motivated and wants to to do the backyard! So I mowed the backyard and he weedeated. So what started out as a bike ride and then the front yard getting mowed turned into yardwork all night. We went in about 915 and I was one tired kid!!

I wasn't going to do anything..however, read a post late yesterday and decided I needed to.  So, I made my dinner and left hubby to take it out of the oven while I went to the gym,  1 mile walked on a track, 25 minutes on the bike, 25 minutes weight training.  I felt much better!

I went back to work today for the first time after surgery.  I made it till 3:30 and then gave up and came home.  I was exhausted.  I guess I'll have more energy when I start getting more than 400 calories/day, lol.  After resting for a few hours, I talked my son into walking with me and I walked a mile.  That was also the first time I walked the whole mile at once.  I know it isn't much but it is a big accomplishment for me.  I'm feeling really good.  Go back for my two week post-op visit on Thursday and will graduate to soft foods.  Everyone keeps asking me what I'll eat first and I have no clue.  I'm not hungry and I'm not really desiring anything.  Maybe some scrambled egg?
