HottyTotty checking in

Hey guys - so I'm finished with my summer classes - HALLELUJAH!!!! Thought I would pop in here and see how things are going. Saw Evelyn's new pics - girl you look amazing! I know you must feel so much better - hopefully all is working out for the other stuff with disability.

I haven't been exercising worth a crap the last month. I had classes and then travel for work thrown in the mix and I haven't even had a moment for my brain to settle down. I did go for my 1 year check up with Dr. Gibbs. He was very proud of my progress - 135 lbs gone for good. He said that all of my levels were perfect so that was really good news. He also said I needed to be one of his poster children - but then he must have forgotten because we didn't set up for the photo shoot or anything

Had a new experience happen a couple of weeks ago - while on a business trip I had a guy blatantly attempt to take me back to his hotel room. It was craziness!! I haven't EVER had that happen to me before. I was flattered at first and then I was freaked out because I was so unprepared to deal with it. My husband and I talked about it though - I'm never allowed to travel out of town again Just kidding, he was remarkably cool about the whole thing - just kept saying "I told you it would happen" I just didn't believe him. I'm so blessed to have such a wonderful man at home - I wouldn't ever jeopardize that!

Well didn't mean to go on - I just wanted to check in on everyone. There are alot of new faces on the board and more joining us everyday. I wish you all the most success and happiness with this new walk of life. Take care! AT

Congratulations on your wonderful job. Glad everything came back good on your labs and all.
I (Bragging a bit) actually got to do a photo shoot. Dr. Roller has set up his web site and has a testimonial section in it. I got asked to be a part of that. I went and did photos and an interview. It was so exciting. The testimonal section isn't done yet but should be in about 2 weeks. I keep checking daily to see if they are done yet.

I also know about a wonderful husband. Mine is so understanding. It doesn't bother him at all when guys look or comment. He just says I am glad you are mine. They can look all they want but the can't touch. But this is the man that loved me even when I was over 300 pounds. How could anybody trade that in for a guy who didn't even know I exsisted before.

How cool is that! I was just being facetious, I didn't really think about that all those before and afters have to come from somewhere. It still is amazing to me that I'm an "after" to begin with. I'll be checking in on his site so I can find it. Be sure and let us know when it comes up so we can all check it out.

I have exactly the same feeling about my husband. I actually told one guy - would you still be interested if I put back on the 135 lbs. Doubt it! My husband would - and sincerely would not care at all. He just wants me to be happy - Indeed, I am blessed. AT

Hey there Hottie!!! You have so many WOWs in this one posting......done with classes, down 135lbs, got hit on by a man( ok, I'd freak a little too,but it's still good for the ego, yes?) and have a wonderful husband to boot!  I'd say you're one lucky girl. Congratulations on such great news. Now, does this mean you'll be around a bit more?  Sure hope so! Big hugs
