pain meds after surgery

I had lapband surgery this past Wednesday the 25th with Dr. Baker.  Everything has progressed, I'd say very typically....my gas is subsiding with walking, following the diet has been easy because I have zero appetite, consuming enough water has been the biggest challenge.   Anyway, last night, I decided that I was ready to move from the sofa to my bed.  In the forefront, I'd elected to rest on the sofa because my incisions don't hurt nearly as much when getting up.  Anyway, I  woke up this morning with a sore neck for some reason.   My question is....any thoughts on what I can take?  I don't need something as strong as the Oxycodone prescribed following surgery but need to knock the edge off. Thanks in advance. Regina

I was told Tylenol. Try that. I believe they sell it in liquid form also.

Thank you, I finally had to go ahead and take somthing yesterday and all I had at home was Advil 200 mg caplets.  It worked fine and didn't upset my stomach at all.
