Happy Friday! TGIF!!
I ate today!
S/F Latte, us tea, black coffee
cheese and crackers, some pop corn
Dinner: ? maybe some fish.....we will see
I will have to drink a fuzzy navel tonight and 1/2 of a bullett to get my protein in for the day. Not much of an appetite lately.

Well, Ive eaten, but not much!!!! Wake up-coffee Breakfast-Graham cracker flat w/peanut butter Lunch-Ham and provolone cheese sammich Snack-Graham cracker flat Dinner-BBQ deer brisket, fresh squash, and fresh string beans Will have to have a protein shake b4 bed to get in my protein, I'll eat more when it gets cooler!!! Lots and lots of U/S tea

B-boiled egg, yogurt, L-cauliflower cheese bake and left over roast, yogurt, S-protein shake, D-??  House full of kids makes me less hungry and more stressed!

Well, heck.  I don't know what happened to me Friday, but I didn't eat much at all. Gotta do better....the numbers on the scale go down after days like this. Latte PB&J on double fiber bread latte SBD  kung pao chicken SBD  protein bar 2 oz slice of left over turkey picatta latte

Still on the liquid part of my diet post-op but got my 60gms of protein drink in and 120 oz of water for the day.  I have also started treating myself to a mug of coffee when I get up.  It is wonderful after being off of it for a while.

I was soooo happy when I could indulge in hot coffee again. I had trouble eating and drinking at first and Susan suggested a sip or two of coffee in the morning to help me prime myself for the rest of the day! Boy did I ever take it to heart! I drink coffee everyday now. In the morning I just can't drink anything cold.
You are doing great and your fluid intake is so much better than mine was early on! Keep up the good work!

AM SHAKE: 1 scoop Choc. Protein powder with 1 packet General Foods Sugar Free Hazelnut Cappuccino To Go packet and 9 oz warm water. BREAKFAST:  1 Packet Quaker 50% Less Sugar Instant Oatmeal, Maple & Brown Sugar
LUNCH: 2 Chedder Peppers (I was out and about and in a hurry) DINNER: (I had a little of each of the following at my nieces birthday party) Mexican Chicken, Potato Salad, 1 Deviled Egg, 3 bites hamburger (no bun or condiments, just the patty), a few bites of birthday cake with icing and fondant scraped off with a little bit of strawberry ice cream on top to soften the cake.  PM SHAKE:  Got home so late and was so tired that I didn't have one. SNACKS:  None
