Happy Birthday To me!!

Hi WL friends. Today is my birthday and I just wanted to share it is the best one.,already, that I have had in years. I am so happy. I am 121 pounds down. I feel so much better. I looked a pics this morning of when I started and where I am now. THat alone is reason for celebration. I want to thank Dr. Roller for my new life. I was afraid when I started this journey that I was going to look really old. I figured I would have a better body but my face would be all wrinkly but I don't see that happening. So yes today I am happy and want to share my happiness with my WL friendS. Oh Dh bought me a digital camera so I will be taking lots more pics.

hahaha..Rhonda!  that's just a saying my Mom used to tell us....I too would only have wax on my next b-day...48 candles!  have a great day girl....

Happy birthday! How exciting. I love birthdays! I think I saw a post previously about cake and i can tell you what I have endulged in on such an occassion. I didnt post it on the main board because I didnt want the wrath!!! They have sf angel food at walmart. They also have sf cool whip...see where this is going? I took a few little chunks of the cake and threw the little pieces in the bottom of the bowl....MAYBE 1/4 cup of cake. then a bit of SF cool whip and add some sliced strawberries. Oh now that's some good stuff! I just mixed mine up so that my little pieces of cake would get soggy and get more strawberries than anything else. Besides, the strawberries and cool whip are WAY better than cake ever thought of being. Good luck to you and I see no need to deprive one's self all the time as I know it was suggested on the main board. Then again, I am definitely a moderation for life kind of girl!

Thanks Shawna that sounds like a delicious idea also. Think I have decided for this year. I ordered a sugar loaded cake for the family. Than I am going to get s/f f/f ice cream. I am an ice cream alcohlic anyhow so this will work great for me. Those who don't want the ice cream due to no sugar can just eat cake.

Happy belated birthday Carla.  Wow, what an accomplishment.  I can't wait to be where you are now.  I agree about Dr. Roller.  He is wonderful.  I feel a million times better already and I'm only about a week and a half out of surgery.
