Hi guys,  Just wondered if anyone is having trouble eating since the weather is so hot?? I try very hard to get my stuff all in, and seems that I am having trouble eating since it has gotten so hot.  Breakfast is hard, b/c Ive never been a breakfast person, but I make sure I get that now.  Then I start going in and out hanging out clothes, watering animals and such, and I dont want to put food in.  It almost makes me sick to eat.  I have started eating SBD Bars for lunch, w/peanut butter spread on them sometimes.  I can eat little things, but to eat food is no my bag anymore.  Then I go back out in the afternoon and hang out more clothes, get the others off the line, and then taking care of the kids again.  Then there is dinner!!!!  Same old thing, Im hot and dont want to eat.  Im sitting here now eating my dinner  (Bacon/Tomato sandwich on whole wheat S/F bread) and Im having a hard time getting it down.  Im gonna try a protein shake later. I just wondered if anyone else was having trouble, now drinking, nooooo problem, me and the unsweet tea have it going on!!!! Any other folks struggling, shout out, and tell me how we can deal with this. Rhonda D., the hot one

AC went out here.  $800 to fix and part not here until beginning of next week.  Ate refrigerated apples, PB2 & frozen cocoa roasted almonds for afternoon snack.   Drinking cold skim milk now. Feel your pain.

I try not to eat if I am out and about, or eat if I will be going out soon.  I get out in that heat and if I am eating, I get a terrible stomach ache.  Plus with this heat I would prefer to have any liquid handy since I get so thirsty.  Can't eat and drink at the same :(  LOL Luckily I have a brand new AC right now while I am waiting on mine to get fixed.  Seemed that all that was wrong with mine was that the drains were stopped up.  So it was cleaned out real well and they put some more drain holes in so it will drain right.  I can't wait to get mine back, it's a 12,000 BTU.  The new one I am using for now, when mine is put back in, then this one will replace the old one in the bedroom that isn't working.  With 18 inch thick brick walls we have to have more than one ac to keep this place cool, LOL. Hey have you checked out the Lipton diet instant teas?  I found some at piggly wiggly, and they had I think 3 different kinds, I got the diet peach, and I mix a tablespoon in with my usual tea and it is so good.  It's also good if you just mix it with water (like your supposed to, LOL)  I don't remember the other 2 flavors but I am going to go on checkday and get them.
