I have met my first personal goal as of this morning....I got on the scales and now weigh 200 pounds...I have been this weight in 18 years...I am soooooo freaking excited!!!! I just wanted to share... Hugs

CONGRATULATIONS!! I know you are so happy!! My big goal was to get under 200. I had to take off all my clothes (lol) and jewelry to get there but I was so thrilled. You keep up the good work. I know you had to be smiling like I was last night when you could share the chair with your husband. I was really proud for you. Keep up the good work.
