Careful - I just might take you seriously on that one!!! Good help is hard to find. Actually a friend of mine wants to open a bakery called "Sublime" so I think Splendid is really cute. I have my heart set on a french patisserie and bistro called Meridienne, though. My biz name right now is Meridienne Fine Foods and Events. Of course we would have to have healthy options!!! Oui!
