R'ya Movin??? Tuesday Edition.

Most of today was a nightmare.  Don't ask.   Did YOU move today? 

So sorry Wendy.  And to answer the question, I had lots of good intentions..but didn't do any of it.  I think I was just plain old tired.  Tomorrow's another day 

I haven't been able to move much in about 5 weeks. I broke my foot and twisted my knee. BUT I have been able to wear a normal shoe for 3 days now. SO this evening I am going to the gym and do the water arobics. I think the water will be easy on the knee right now.

i did one hour on the elliptical. tuesdays are cardio only.  tammy ps sorry I am not in a good mood. had my old cat put to sleep....he turned 15 this spring. sucks doing that to him.....but he is happy now no more pain

I just walked my mile before work. We had support group last night so no evening exercise for me.

sorry you had a bad day. Will tomorrow be better??  You know where I am if you need a shoulder. It may be bony, but it's here for you! Moving??? The only moving I did today was around and around a styling chair.  Not good exercise, but good $$  LOL

I went shopping for 2 hours at wal mart with my sister (Melissa) and niece (Caitlin) and we looked for cakes and stuff for Caitlins birthday party, she will be 1 friday.  She is the only baby, the only grandchild for my mom, dad or stepdad, the only niece for me and my other sisters and the only child for my sister, so she is special and this birthday is even more special, one whole year since this little girl fought to stay in my sister.  Fought so much that they finally did a c-section and pulled her out screaming and kicking the whole way.  Who can blame her, a safe soft warm womb compared to the "outside" world.  So my sister decided (with my help) that she will bake her own cakes.  She wants something cow themed, since they have so many cows and bulls on their 700 acres (lucky sister) and so Caitlin loves cows, she even slaps her leg and clicks her tongue to get them to come to her.  She sounds like a dolphin when she clicks her tongue.  When she is at my house, she will go up to the rat cages and do it to them to try to get them to come to the bars, LOL. Anyway, alot of walking around, couldn't find a plastic little cow anywhere (in toys or elsewhere) for the cake. Then after that I came home, and later went back out with my roomie, so I was on my feet all day!
