R'ya Movin??? Sunday Edition.

Well, to be honest the first half of my day was spent sleeping because I had a headache.  At 3:30 this afternoon I got up for the second time (after getting up to begin with & having to lay back down with my headache).   Since then, I've felt right as rain.  I've cleaned a LOT of house (my entire kitchen & done every bit of laundry in my house).  In fact, the only breaks I've taken have been to eat my meals and post on here! So...are YOU movin today???

Got up really early to go to Fayetteville for the 3rd kids Drum Major camp performance.  So after about 10 hours..we're home..and going for a 35-40 minute walk in just a few.

Hijack! Hey Kelly, my son was a DM his senior year in San Diego. Now he's a music composition/theory major. Small world. If you have a minute, could you check out the post from a new patient of Gibbs' who's having her surgery Wednesday?  She has a question about her liquid diet and I don't know what to tell her. I would be happy to tell her about the liquids.  My son wants to do the same thing your son is doing!  He want's to compose. He does already.  Right now..he's psyched about being DM though.."going to get his band whipped into shaped"

Wow...thank goodness that didn't last long! If it had been me, I would have milked it for the rest of the day....no, not really.  Being bad only SOUNDS good!  I weed whacked the back yard today. Not just the perimeter, either. I got almost all of it done before my arms gave out. No, GAVE OUT.....I couldn't even lift my glass to my mouth my right arm was shaking so badly.  Guess I'll feel it tomorrow, huh? Cleaned around the house too. Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
