bkfst: 1/2 egg salad sandwich---double fiber bread, low fat mayo
way to work latte
snack 1/4 PB&J 8 cashews
lunch: SBD beef tips and broccoli
snack 5 crackers w/ egg salad
dinner: mahi mahi, unfried refries and rice
snack Newton Fruit Crisp and 1/2 apple
Lots of tea and water!!
