Hopefully I will make next months support meeting and we can see each other.

You do love your summer fruit, don't you  LOL!  Sure wish we could find a decen****ermelon. I've thrown two away as soon as I cut into them, mushy inside. They're not cheap either!! Here's my day.  Gotta get more in, only about 1300 cals, and now I"m losing again. Tomorrow will be better (yeah right, I'll be at work, hard to eat while doing hair) latte 2 slices cinnamon raisin bread w/ PB on it....only ate about 2/3rds of it Lunch:      burrito made on a WW tortilla w/ rice, unfried refries, and Weigh****chers cheese Snack:      2 pieces of beef jerky Dinner:      shredded turkey in gravy on noodles, peas Snack:      protein shake made with frozen yogurt, mangos and protein

Susan,
I missed out on fresh fruit last year and really did not care for fruit before WLS. This year I am trying to make up for it!
On Tuesday and Saturday they have a SMALL farmers market in Maumelle and I have gotten 4 watermeloins from them.....each one better than the last. We cut and eat them at work before we can even put it in the cooler to chill! They are $9.00 for the ones I buy. They also have seedless and I think yellow meated. If you or Gary are out my way, stop by and pick one up!
Huggs,
RhondaT
