What Cha Eating.....Sunday Edition
Hope everyone had a Happy Fathers Day!
1/2 fresh peach! Great time to visit the peach orchard!
2 cups black coffee, 1 non-fat s/f latte
3 bites steak, 1/4 baked potato w/ bacon bits & butter
salad & vinegarette dressing
later we had s/f strawberry pie and s/f chocolate layer deliight.....All the deserts today were sugar free! I am so glad my family supports me in my WLS. Everyone ate sugar free for desert!
I think for dinner we will just have salad & soup! If i need a snack... I have watermelon chillin' YUM!

1/2 low fat beef hot dog on WW lite bun---I know, not a traditional breakfast, but I was in a hurry to get started cleaning house. Ate one for dinner Saturday, no problems, could only eat 1/2 of this one though
snack: 6 WW crackers w/ garden veggie cream cheese
lunch: 3/4 PB&J on double fiber bread
snack; latte
snack: protein drink
Dinner: taco made with Morning star farms soy crumbles, three bites of un-fried refries and three bites of mexican rice
desert: sliced strawberries and pineapple w/ FF frozen yogurt
Rhonda, I'm so happy your family supports you so well. It sure makes life easier, doesn't it? My Gary has been wonderful and has pretty much eaten my way and as a result has lost 66 lbs in 19 months since my surgery. We're gonna knock 'em dead at this wedding in July!!
