And sore as a biotch!!!!  I can't wait to feel like my old self!!   Why do I feel so dang full!  2 oz of liquids fill me up so quickly!  And how do I get rid of the gas pains?  Not in the shoulder but I in the middle of my torso just under the middle of the rib cage.  OMG it is miserable!    I am walking and sipping.  But I can't sip too much because I get so stinkin full! Give an update later......

Tommyjean, you finally made it to the loser's bench!!!  Welcome!!! Yep, walk, walk, walk.....and give the Gas=-x a try.  They have some now that are the little strips that dissolve instantly.

Welcome home! I had gas the first month or so.  I did NOT want to try to chew up Gas-X, so I took those liquid gas relief drops that they sell OTC for babies.  I think it's called simethlicone or mylicone?  I took 1 to 3 droppers full at a time instead of the dose recommended for infants.   It worked perfectly.
