Whatcha Eating?....Wednesday Edition

Good Morning everyone! We are blessed today with some hot weather in Arkansas!

2 cups black coffee
1/4 cup cantelope
Lunch: salad w/ ranch grilled pork chop
Dinner: Grilled pork chop, lima beans, squash & greens, maybe a bite of cornbread!

lots of u/s tea today and I got a new Nectar sample drink in the mail yesterday I thouhgt I would try ..... it is Cappuccino...I will let you know how it taste.

Hey honey....I'm eatin' Thank the Good Lord, I'm finally back to my old pre-surgery habits.  I'm back to 122lbs and holding while eating about 1500-1700 cals a day. I don't feel like I'm eating/drinking all the time to put some weight back on, so I'm a happy, happy girl. wake up:      latte (what else?) bkfst       1/2  turkey sand on double fiber bread Lunch:      SBD  Kung Pao Chicken Snack:      10 cashews Snack:      latte \ Dinner:      fish, sugar snap peas and 1/2 baked potato Someone brought in a tray of assorted cheesecake to work and I just WALKED ON BY!!!!!  Now if they'd been cookies, it would have been MUCH harder Love to all

Great news on your weight!! You sure have been on my mind lately! I am so happy things are starting to get back to a routine for ya! BTW What is double fiber bread?

Hey! Thanks for the good words, I appreciate them a lot.  A number of bread companies are selling their "double fiber" bread now. One is Pepperige Farms and I think Orowheat has one too. Around 80-100 cals a slice, depending on the brand, but they have extra fiber in it.  Anything I can do to increase those numbers without having to drink Miralax or Citrical!! Glad you had a good meeting with the Nut. Are you doing OK with it? Are you coming tonight?  Love to see you! hugs back at ya

I am going to get me some double fiber bread and I will let cha know who we like it. Before WLS I LOVED bread!!! Now I just don't crave anything and I can go for ever without eating bread of any kind!
My nut visit was good. I am OK with everything she said and the increase of exercise was something I needed. I have my nephew today so I will not be attending the meeting! BUMMER! I WILL be there in July!

AM SHAKE: Vanilla Protein Powder with Raspberry Lemonade drink packet (yummy) BREAKFAST: Maple Brown Sugar Oatmean (Quakers 50% Less Sugar) with half Banana sliced up in it (yummy) LUNCH: Shake n Bake Chicken with a few bites mached potatoes (CAN YOU BELIEVE I ACTUALLY ATE LUNCH ????) DINNER: 2 bites baked beans (made by my roomie and so spicy that 2 bites was ALL I could eat) and half of a country boneless rib (also spicy but nowhere near as spicy as the beans) PM SHAKE: Chocolate Protein Powder with Creamer SNACK: Cheesey Puffed Popcorn and some sunflower seeds & raisins
