out of town...

Hi everyone! I hope I can get this to post. We have been having major internet issues around here so I haven't been on the boards in a while. Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be out of town for like the next two and a half to three weeks. My best friend is having Lap-Band surgery on Thursday morning. I am so excited for her! I am going to stay at her house for a while to help her recooperate and get used to this whole new journey that she is about to be on! She is nervous but excited! Just wanted to let everyone know why I won't be around for a while!! She doesn't have internet service in her new home yet! Take care of yourselves and be good! Try to keep posting what your eating!!!  See you in a few weeks!   Karen
