Whatcha Eating...Thursday Edition??
AM SHAKE: Chocolate Protein Powder with splenda and coffee creamer added
BREAKFAST: I had 2 packets of Instant Grits from Quaker
LUNCH: none, never eat lunch *tsk tsk*
DINNER: 2 Chicken Strips (home made) and mashed potato with some chicken gravy
PM SHAKE: Vanilla Protein Powder mixed in blender with Sugar Free Nestle Choc Syrup and splenda and lots of ice (I was attempting to make a "wendy's like" chocolate shake didn't work out to well
SNACK: a couple of Edy's No Sugar added 100% fruit popsicles (I love these, they are my new "crack" I have hardly eaten any pumpkin seeds since I found these popsicles and Piggly Wiggly)
