Whatcha Eating.....Tuesday Edition??
Hello everyone!! Its going to be a great but HOT day!!
Breakfast- 1 slice whole wheat bread with a couple slices of cheese and a little fat free mayo....made a cheese sandwich....I haven't had one since surgery and its was fantastic!
Lunch- baked porkchop and potatoes
Snack- peanuts or almonds....not sure yet!
Dinner- going out with a friend so I don't know what I am having....probably my usual----some type of fish!! What can I say, I'm a creature of habit!!

IT'S H O T ! ! ! It is so nice not to be freezing but this is a little overboard! Anyway, I love it!
n/f s/f Latte, 2 cups coffee, 16 oz u/s tea, 8oz h2o
1 slice wheat bread mayp & american cheese Funny we both ate that today! Mine was wonderful also!
2 cookies s/f, 1 s/f ice cream
Maybe loaded chicken from Coltons for dinner w/salad
lots more u/s tea before bed

breakfast - sausage biscuit, peaches
snack - banana and coffee
lunch - salad, mixed fruit (mainly cantalope) and a few fries (I know it's a bizarre combination)
snack - granola bar and coffee
dinner - mexican chicken cassarole, green beans, corn and biscuit
Coming clean - I sneaked a bite of my sons Smore - was sick and regreted it. At what point will I stop doing that to myself. How hard headed do I have to be!! AT

Oops I guess this is what I ate on Monday. I don't seem to remember what I ate this day, I may have had oatmeal for breakfast and gumbo for dinner. I know I made gumbo during the weekend, so I probably had leftovers.
