Whatcha Eating....Monday Edition??

Good morning all! I am counting down the days until school is out for the SUMMER! I have one more day with the kids and then a staff day on Wednesday and then I am free until August! YAY!!! Breakfast- 11 Pepperidge Farm Pretzel Thins- saw them and decided to try them. I got the savory cheddar flavor and they are great!! Snack- peanuts Lunch- grilled chicken breast Snack- almonds Dinner- grilled salmon and baked potato  Snack- banana---maybe?? What are you eating today?   Karen

HI Karen, I couldn't decide between the Pepperidge Farm pretzels or the wheat crisps, but ended up with the wheat crisps in the end. Just opened the box and boy, are they great!  Now I'll have to try the pretzels too Wake up:   Latte Bkfst:      cottage cheese w/ fresh pineapple snack:      protein drink Way to work:      Latte Lunch:      Wendy's Grilled Chicken Go Wrap Dinner:      Baked chicken fingers and coleslaw

Breakfast- 2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese Lunch- tortilla chips and pureed salsa Supper- Spaghetti Snack- slice of sharp cheddar cheese, V-8 Juice I didn't do very good today. I have found myself thinking that if I can't have any more that a couple of tbsp then what is the point. Wow- what a roller coaster ride! Tina

Not too good of a day, but here it is: 2 sandwich cookies, 2 chocolate covered strawberries, 1/3 cup ground chicken salad with 6 saltines. I know it isn't really good, but one of my children was sick today, so I haven't had much time to devote to eating healthy. I thought it was better to post than not. At least this makes me accountable! Karen
