XP from RNY board!
Hey girl! You can totally lick this! (There may not even be anything to lick! That is a really small gain - could it be water weight?) I agree that you should get back to basics. Keep a food/fluid/exercise journal. That is always the best place to begin I think because it helps you to know where you are starting out at. Cheer up. It isn't like you to be down in the dumps.
Amy Beth - I hate that you are going through this little funk…but snap out of it. You have and are doing great on your journey…there are set back in all life adventures; that way the bonus/prize is that much more appreciated and deserved. You have been so up beat and enjoying your ride, I hate to see/hear you are so down. You have rode this ride more than 8 seconds, 8 days, 8 weeks, 8 months---you fall at times-- now get back on and enjoy the ride. The only thing that I can contribute concerning you wanting a man…is start loving yourself again. When you are in love with yourself its contagious. Focus on you and what makes you happy!

I know it must feel like you've done all this work and still aren't happy with your body but from my perspective you look SOOO great! You are a beautiful woman and have worked so hard to get here - don't cheat yourself out of that pride!!!!
I hope you'll get a good night's rest and that tomorrow will bring some clarity.
