Summer fun!

Hey everyone. I am looking for suggestions for the summer.
I love the water. I love to swim and be in and around the water. I haven't done it much since I have been in Arkansas ( 22 years) becasue of my weight. But with so much of it gone I want to spend the summer doing water stuff but not sure where to go. I would love to float down rivers, swim in lakes anything in the water. But I am not sure where to go. I think it would be fun if any of you on this board who like water would like to meet some where this summer at a lake or something. To swim BBQ and just hang out. I think it would be a lot of fun. Any takers?

OOOH OOOH ME! I love the water! I want to go floating down the Elk a few times this summer(just across the MO border). I also intend to go to the lake and go swimming, but we already talked about that...lol. I wish i had a boat, but alas, I don't think this will be the year I purchase one.
