Whatcha Eating....Friday Edition??
Good morning everyone! I thought I would post this early. We are having May Day here at school today so I won't have a chance to get on here later. It is going to be chaotic and very hectic. I probably won't get to sit down at all. One things for sure......I'll get enough exercise today!!
Breakfast- 1/2 slice whole wheat toast with cream cheese
Lunch- lunchable----turkey and cheddar with crackers
Dinner- not sure yet!! I'll have to update later!

So far today:
2 cups black coffee, 24 oz u/s tea. 16 oz water
1 WHOLE pintos & cheese YEA ME !! can finally eat all of one!
1 s/f fudge pop, 1 s/f cookie
I really want some fried fish for dinner but I doubt that will happen!
Have a great weekend! I plan on some vitimins, lots of exercising and lots & lots of liquid!

AM SHAKE: none because I am out of protein until tuesday
BREAKFAST: Quaker Instant Grits (plain with a little butter and splenda)
LUNCH: none
DINNER: homemade chicken strip, a few pieces of fried okra (blotted it really good!) and a few bites of potato salad

SNACKS: few pieces of beef jerky
LIQUIDS: tea tea tea and more tea, YUMMY! I LOVE TEA!!
My roomie and I went last week and got a new fridge, it's our first appliance! We are rent to own, but we got a good deal, 26 a week and the payout is less than 600! It has the side by side doors and ice and water dispenser, so yesterday we bought the kit from lowe's to hook the water and ice maker up to the sink so now I have COLD ICE whenever for my TEA!!! How exciting! Doesn't take much to excite me, LOL

First solid meal-Double cheeseburger minus bottom bun and blotted really really well Second solid meal-Repeat of first one Third solid meal-Whopper Junior Went fishing, was there till late, so stopped by taco bell on the way home and had a double cheesy beef burrito Not the best day but spent it on the road!!! I had a pretty good eating day Friday. Got to about 1400 cals which is where I think I need to be on a daily basis.
Wake up: latte
Bkfst: 1/2 lite english muffin, 2% cottage cheese and peaches
Snack: protein drink
Lunch: left over curried chicken, brown rice
Snack: turkey pepperoni, string cheese
Dinner: 2 lg scallops, angel hair pasta(not even enough to count, spaghetti still doesn't agree with me) and peas
Snack: a TON of watermelon
