Hi everyone! Let's see what we are eating today........... Breakfast- 3 peanut butter crackers Lunch- chicken salad and 1/2 slice whole wheat bread Snack- 2 oatmeal cookies (sugar free) Dinner- spaghetti and garlic bread and maybe a few bites of salad What are you eating today??   Karen

Good morning everyone! Breakfast:    1 pkg instant oatmeal Lunch:  some form of Lean Cuisine Dinner:  grilled chicken and spinach salad I'm trying to make up for not doing too good last weekend!! Mary Lou

Good Morning! I'm not too sure exactly how my eating will go today since I'm not very well planned, but here we go: Breakfast: NSA Key Lime Blue Bunny Yogurt Lunch: lunch 'n learn at work so they are buying us lunch from TGI Friday's. I ordered Parmesan Crusted Chicken Dinner: German sausage and fire roasted vegtables Snack: Maybe some roasted peanuts if I am hungry

Breakfast - English Muffin
Lunch - Mac n cheese and salad
Snack - nibbled on a piece of cake (poor choice I know!)
Dinner - Going to try the beef tips and gravy again - I went ahead and cooked it on Tuesday so all I have to do is cook the noodles and warm it up.
Snack - Granola bar or popcorn - not sure which I'll be in the mood for.
