Whatcha Eating....Thursday Edition??
Good Morning! I'm not too sure exactly how my eating will go today since I'm not very well planned, but here we go:
Breakfast: NSA Key Lime Blue Bunny Yogurt
Lunch: lunch 'n learn at work so they are buying us lunch from TGI Friday's. I ordered Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Dinner: German sausage and fire roasted vegtables
Snack: Maybe some roasted peanuts if I am hungry
100 pounds down: 9/19/08 Onederland reached: Sometime during the week of 9/22
Weigh Date: 1/16/09 Height: 5'6" Surgery Date: 2/13/08 Current Weight: 180
Breakfast - English Muffin
Lunch - Mac n cheese and salad
Snack - nibbled on a piece of cake (poor choice I know!)
Dinner - Going to try the beef tips and gravy again - I went ahead and cooked it on Tuesday so all I have to do is cook the noodles and warm it up.
Snack - Granola bar or popcorn - not sure which I'll be in the mood for.
