This recipe will be for those that are pretty far out, as it is pretty dense and kinda high calorie, but OOOOO so good.  DH and I kinda dreamed it up. Turkey Scramble 1 large Vidalia Onion chopped up 1 pound ground turkey breast 1 can reduced sodium cream mushroom soup a splash (approx. 2-3 tbsp) milk (i used soy) Put onion in non stick skillet sprayed w/pam, cook 4-5 minutes, add in thawed turkey breast, cook till turkey is done through, (no longer pink) add in mushroom soup, and milk.  Stir continously over medium heat for about 5 minutes, just long enough for soup and milk to heat and flavors to marry.  I served it to hubby over bowtie pasta.  I ate mine w/o pasta.  I grated fresh parmesean cheese over the top.  Yum Yum.  I did not calculate calories, but it was certainly great!!!!!  Just wanted to share!!! Its very tasty, and was even better the next day when we had leftovers.  The flavor had time to meld together a little more.  I'll certainly be doing this one again, prolly w/low sodium soup next time to make it as healthy as possible, but how can it not be healthy??? We love to try new stuff and make up our own recipes. Rhonda D. P. S. When do you see DR. Rector?
