Good morning all! This is gonna be a quick post. I am almost late for my last morning car duty of the year!! YAY!!!

Breakfast- bacon and 1/2 biscuit

Lunch- corn dog ( I will probably pull off some of the breading) Dinner- baked chicken and field peas What are you eating today?   Karen

Breakfast- 1 tbsp lowfat cottage cheese Lunch- 1 tbsp tuna fish Snack- slice of sharp cheddar cheese Supper- 1/2 tbsp mashed potatoes, 1/2 tbsp mac-n-cheese 1 12 oz glass crystal light, 50 oz H2O, 60 gram protein shake and V-8 juice.

Breakfast-Nothing, Hagar the Horrible Headache was thumping still, didnt feel like food Lunch-1/8 small cheese pizza Snack-2 m&m cookies Dinner-BBQ Pork Sandwich NOT a good day for me, newbies need not think this was a good day in any way, I am totally ashamed of it all the way around.  This headache makes me not wanna eat, and then when I do, its stuff I dont need.  Lunch was b/c I was at my father in laws and thats what he had, so it was that or nothing.  Dinner was at home, quick and easy, it was home grown pork and homemade BBQ sauce, but it WAS on a hoagie bun, so still bad. Tomorrow will be better I hope.  I just hope that Hagar goes elsewhere tomorrow so I will want breakfast.  When I wake up hurting so bad, I cant eat, b/c it makes me sick if I try the first few hours Im up. Sooooo NEWBIES DONT FOLLOW MY MEAL PLAN TODAY FOR YOURS!!!!!! Rhonda D. and Hagar the Horrible Headache

Today, like the last few, was horrible!!! I have no restriction and have experienced pain with thicker foods, so I have found it much easier to eat cookies. I know, I know...  I ate most of my food this morning and quit eating the rest of the day because I did so poorly when I did. Here goes: 2 chocolate chip cookies, 2 oatmeal cookies, a banana, 2 small store-bought sausage biscuits (the kind we used to get at school), 1/2 cup of skim milk, 2 bites of s/f yogurt. I am finding it hard to slow down when I eat, hence the pain. I knew that I had no time before surgery, yet I agreed to lap band because I "thought" that I would make time to eat. Well, most of the time, I'm battling a kind of sick feeling in my stomach. Sometimes it is from hunger, other times from the foods I eat. I really need some advice on what to eat so that I'll feel better!!! I have my first fill on Friday and I can't imagine how I am going to feel with even less room in my stomach for nourishment. PLEASE HELP!!!
