No shrink for me!!!

Yay! Just found out that I don't have to have the psych eval after all since I'm self pay. I was really stressing about coming up with the $638 for the consultation so she could ask me the same question 80 different ways. I'm sure she's lovely but COME ON! Sorry, some of best friends are psychologists but it's one less expense coming home to roost!



So that means Wendi wants to talk surgery dates tomorrow morning! Yikes, talk about being careful what you wish for! JUST KIDDING - I am really excited in a terrified kind of way..

Good for you! I didn't feel like anything major was accomplished with my visit except for the fact that I wasn't TOO crazy to have surgery...lol. She doesn't really assess anything. She gives a few pointers of what to expect afterwards and things you might deal with, but it's no session of "why did you get here" (which is totally what I need, but a different thread all together!). Now taht I think of it, the psych office owes me money...I shall call today! thanks for reminding me!
