Whatcha Eating.....Tuesday Edition??
Good morning everyone!! Hope you all had a good, LONG weekend! I know mine was great!
Breakfast- cheese cubes and 1/2 FF hot dog (weird I know but I wanted it for some reason)
Lunch- ham salad and whole wheat crackers (3)
Snack- popcorn
Dinner- hamburger and potato salad (leftovers from the weekend!!)
Snack- banana

Morning everyone,
DH is finished with his training in Pine Bluff so thankfully we can get back to our old routine. I do best when I'm on a schedule. Got my menus planned for the week and I'm happy to be boring LOL
Wake up: latte
Bkfst: 1/2 peanut butter and SF jelly sandwich on double fiber bread
way to work: latte
Snack: turkey pepperoni and string cheese
Lunch: tuna salad on melba toast
Snack: apple
Dinner: French Dip Soup ( beef broth, baked crutons, shredded deli beef and a sprinkling of shredded swiss cheese)
Snack: protein drink

So far....
Breakfast: 1/2 Cup honey cluster fiber one cereal, 1/3 C skim milk...ate maybe half, but we'll round up
Lunch: 1/4 C baked beans, 2 oz grilled chicken(leftovers...lol) and about 5 roasted peanuts (shelled so about 10 peanuts all together)
Dinner: who knows...support group tonight so something fast. Maybe a string cheese or yogurt.

lunch - 1 pc of fish from Captain D's, 1/2 huspuppy, 6 fries and coffee
snack - granola bar/water
dinner - planning to have beef tips and noodles but forgot to take them out of the freezer - oops! Hopefully they will defrost in the microwave ok.
snack - no sugar added ice cream planned and I hope I can stay out of the kitchen. Found out today that I got passed over for a promotion so I'm pretty bummed out - what a way to return to work from vacation! These are the times that I usually turn to food so I'm going to try and protect myself with activity for the next few days. Hope everyone is eating. Thank you Karen for doing this everyday. It sure does help me to be accountable! AT

You're welcome Angie! I have had quite a few people to PM me to tell me that they really like this thread even though they may not post on it everyday! I really enjoy posting it! I find myself missing it when I am not around the computer or able to post for various reasons. I am going out of town for about two weeks this summer and won't be around a computer so I'm sure I will miss a lot around here! I'll have to take a couple of days to catch up when I get back! LOL!

S/f Latte, couple glasses u/s tea (I am still thirsty from yesterday!) large water
(on the run) 1/2 ranch chicken wrap from Mickeydees, not sure how many claories it had but it did not taste bad
20 oz u/s tea and then 12 more oz water
had a massage today so I am doing heavy drinking!
(on the run) 3 moz. cheese sticks w/ marinara
3 crackers & cheese ball
tea, tea, tea, & more tea! I bet I tea-tea all night!

I am only a week out so mine is pretty simple
Breakfast- 1 tbsp lowfat cottage cheese
Lunch- 1 tbsp tuna fish {nothing mixed with it}
Supper- 1 tbsp spaghetti { noodles, ragu}
Snack- very thin slice of sharp cheddar cheese
I have drank 3 12oz glasses of pink lemonaid crystal light, 60 gram protein shake and 2 4 oz glasses of V-8 juice.
I love spaghetti above all else so that was the hardest thing yet about this surgery.
All you experienced people- is this diet ok?

Hey guys, hope all had a good weekend, ours was good, w/the exception of my chronic headache that I have named Hagar the Horrible!!!
