IM HOT!!!!!!!

Not that the rest of you arent, I just thought Id share my disgust w/the temp and the fact that when it is this hot I cannot exercise outside.  Wanted to fish today, but its just too dang hot.  When the weather interferes w/my fishing, its makes fishgirl unhappy!!!  92 here and I dont like it!!!!  Just wanted to whine.  Tried to set my lil bitty pool up the other day, got a hole in the ring at the top, gotta get a patch kit and our make believe wally world didnt have one.  OH WELL!!!  Think I might play in the water hose, ha ha ha!!! I remember doing that as a kid and it was always fun, maybe it still is.  Wish I were closer to Wendy's parents, Id barge in on her party, lol and swim wiff them.  I need so badly to get a bigger pool, maybe next year!!!  Ohe well, enough rambling, hope everyone is having a great holiday.  Im going to the barn in a bit to cook!!!   Be safe, Rhonda D

I actually had the opposite problem today.  I went walking this morning for an hour (from about 10:40 to 11:40).  It felt warm then.  Not HOT, but warm.   So later I went down to my mom & dad's to swim with my kids & hubby.  That pool was SOOOOO COLD I could have had a heart attack.  My kids and husband all swore that it would get better if I stayed in a few minutes.  But it was miserable y'all.  I got back out and dried off.  (Then I went up to the house and took a long hot shower, ironed some clothes and did my hair, then went back down there.)  I did NOT get back in the pool to "see if it got better".  It was NOT worth it to me to SEE if it MIGHT get better.  It was TORTUROUSLY cold.   I'll wait until it's sweltering hot outside.  Then I'll get back in the pool.  (I'll have to get me a littler swimsuit top too.  The one I bought a month ago is about to fall off and give people a free show.) 

Wow Wen, Cold?? I havent been cold out of doors since the temp changed.  Tell the kids I"ll come swim wiff them, LOL.  Maybe my body has changed, maybe its the freaking headaches, who knows.  Glad you got warm in the shower, I wanted to walk this morning, but the humidity was so bad, I walked outside, and came right back in, panting worse than the black doberman.  I managed to hang out my laundry today, but it was horrible.  When I went to the barn today to hang out and socialize, they accused me, (lovingly) of dressing like a "hoochie mama" b/c I wore a shirt w/the built in shelf bra and the lil spaghetti straps and some shorts, b/c of the heat.  They love me and give me fits about being skinny and "showing off"!!!!  Im not wanting it to be cold, I just want it not to be humid.  The heat I think I can deal with if it werent so humid!!! Have a good week at work, not sure if I told you guys, but I got another job, and I have to go to training this week.  I prefer to call it "BOREientation" instead of "orientation"!!!!  Talk to you later tomorrow.   Hugs, Rhonda D.

Glad to see the HOT weather! I have been COLD for the last year!!! I got out and did yard work yesterdaya nd actually sweated! I had to go in and get a sweat band for my forehead so it would not get into my eyes! I have not bothered to buy any sleeveless shirts because I have been so cold.....Well IT'S OVER! It finally got hot!
Today all the kids were in the pool hollering Aunt Rhonda get in with us! NOPE it was too cold! My pool was 84 today. I usally do not get in until the water is at least 90 degrees! This year it will probably be 92 or 93 before I attempt it.
Anyway, Nonna was HOT today!

You're NONNA too??? How cool is that?? Ive been Nonna since my first neice was born, that was like the first way she pronounce Rhonda, and you are the first Nonna (that is a Rhonda) Ive met since.   I cant believe Im so hot, since I have been so cold since surgery, I sleep in my birthday suit, out from under the cover, in the A/C, maybe my internal temp has turned around early, maybe its hormones, who knows, but as it goes, Im one hot mama!!!
