Roll call....watch cha doing this weekend?

Hey everyone, hope you're all out and about doing something fun this Memorial Day weekend!!!  Too bad it's so darn muggy, but hey, it's AR, right??  What would life be like here without it? We're doing a bit of yard work today and Gary is working the security detail at Riverfest tonight until it closes.  If he were going any other time I'd go along, but not when it will be so crowded with the fireworks and all.  Not too into crowds and that makes me too nervous. So, my friends, what are YOU doing for fun this weekend?  Remember, it's about remembering our Vets and their service to our Country, NOT about the food!!!!  Take care.  Hugs to all

Hey Susan, glad to hear your up to yard work, you must be feeling much better!  as for me and mine we should be doing yard work but being lazy instead, my youngest daughter just graduated high school friday night and I'm indulging in my depression, she's my last at home:( oh well enuff of that.  this is my husband's only day off this weekend, we never have a day off together so hopefully we'll think of something to do together! Thanks, Mary Lou, I am feeling better but still have a sore spot that I'm really trying to ignore.  Enough of this already! OOOOOH  last little one to leave the nest.  We only have one son, now 24 and married. He still makes me worried, guess that will always be, no matter how old he gets. Do ya really have to wonder what Im doing?? LOL  Fishing fishing fishing!!!  Did I mention we might fish???  We went yesterday, caught just a few, but had fun, one of my nephews is staying with us this weekend, Cameron, the bad one, that stays into so much mischief at home.  School is out, so we will have him lots this summer Im sure.  We are at the Barn today, cooking lunch/supper for everyone.  No church for me today, this dratted headache is about to get the best of me.  Calling the neurologist Tuesday, its getting worse instead of better, but enough about that.  Not sure about tomorrow, prolly gonna go to the creek and get some little fish to use for bait in the AR river one evening this week.  Then Im going back to the barn w/my horse family folks and gonna cook all those bream Ive been catching.  Think Ive got about 150 to cook, gonna do fries and stuff.  Just some good socializing and cooking.  Its not about the food for me, but they like for me to cook the pishes!!!  And I dont mind cooking, as long as they let me drink all the U/S iced tea I can hold. I dont have a clue, but its getting worse by the night.  I do ok during the day, kinda functional, but around 6:30 or so, its a killer, and by 9, (right now) Im freaking suicidal.  Im calling the neurologist Tuesday to see what my options are, b/c what we are doing is not working.  Feels like I have a 1/2 inch drill bit boring into the base of my head on the right side and coming out the top on the left side.  I now understand how people can beat their head against the wall when they have a headache, b/c I have thought of that several times the last few nights.  If something doesnt give, Im either going to be an alcoholic or a drug addict before all this is over!!!  Just pray we find out whats causing it, cuz its really scary, and hurts like hell!!! Well today I am hoping to spend most of the day relaxing as the A/C is not working and the temp is just crazy, but the hubby mentioned something about mowing the lawn. Tomorrow I go to a family function and that will pretty much go on all day. As for Tuesday, we're going to Little Rock for the Seminar with Dr. Baker and I am hoping we don't get lost! LOL we have printed the directions from the Yahoo Map and hubby wrote some down from Map Quest but eh I am still hoping we don't get lost in the process. Terri

This weekend could not get here fast enuff!
Last night my Brother-in-law took us to dinner and we laughed so much! Brought my plate home for my hiubbys late night snack!
Today, was church and a special time for all our military in Arkansas that lost their lives so far in this crazy war! Each name and the town they were from was called out by name. It was an emotional service. This afternoon YARDWORK ! ! Then it is vacume the pool for all the family comming in. Monday is Birthday time for my youngest son and my Brother-in-law, lay out by the pool and indulge in some unsweet tea for me!

It's nice to actually be able to do yard work, although I'm not very good at it  LOL  Last year I couldn't go outside because of my foot, so there's a lot I want to do this year.  I just wish the nice weather would have stuck around a little bit longer so I could have gotten more done.
