Hello everyone! Sorry this is a little late today..... Breakfast- 3 peanut butter crackers Snack- 2 Starburst (red and pink) BAD but soooooo GOOD!! Lunch- chicken salad with whole wheat crackers (3) Snack- mini bag of popcorn Dinner- leftover chicken and rice casserole What are you eating today?

starbucks...grande caramel frapp.......TASTY the bottom biscuit and sausage patty from mcdonalds 99 sausage biscuit 1 tsp Pnut butter I am major stressed and not feeling upt to eating......see earlier post

Thanks Goodness it is Thursday! C'Mone Saturday!
Today is soooo stressful with all the special orders and the blasted phone ringing off the wall! My eating is the pits
1 cup black coffee, 16 oz u/s tea
5 bites salad w/ bacon & ham (ranch)
Yep! I grabbed the topping off a piece of sausage pizza. So gald I did not get sick!
2 glass of u/s tea, 1 fuzzy navel, 1 protein bullet
Rest of the day....Who knows.. I just want a hot bath and a bed after work today!

Hey Karen, Had a pretty good day today, just barely enough calories though. Will have to work on it later. Wake up:   latte Bkfst:      1/2 pb&j on double fiber bread,  med orange Lunch:     1/2 serving  pasta e fagioli Snack:      latte Snack:      the other 1/2 serving of soup Dinner:      mahi mahi fillet w/ pineapple mango salsa, 4 asparagus spears, 2 bites brown rice Snack:      3 small chocolate cookies See ya!

Wake up--Coffee (ya'll can fill in that line for me, lol) First solid meal--Breakfast scramble (homemade) scrambled eggs w/julienned chicken breast and mexican cheese More coffee Unsweet Tea Second Solid Meal--Turkey Breast on Whole Wheat Bread More U/S Tea Third Solid Meal--Tilapia Patties (mashed potatoes, cheese, egg, tilapia, jalepeno pepper and onion) and salad More U/S Tea

Oh my gosh....the tilapia patties sound SOOOOOOO good! I love almost any kind of fish so I think I am going to try this. Can you tell me more about how to prepare them? Thanks!!   Karen
