Whatcha Eating.....Wednesday Edition??
a little stressed and not feeling well
breakfast jimmy dean frz omelet....kind of tasty and small portion
250cals, 19g fat, 4g carbs, 16g protein
snack 1 pkg of lower sugar maple and brown sugar instant oat meal
120cals, 2g fat, 24g carbs, 4g protein
i get stressed and have panic attacks and barf everywhere....i feel icky!!!!

I am not doing so good in this part of my journey...9 yrs later. :-(

8 oz black coffee, 64 oz u/s tea
6 bites Mexican Chicken 3 bites potato salad
1 slice hot pepper cheese, 4 slices mini summer sausage
Later...probably a fuzzy navel and how about HB steak w/ grill onions, green beans and salad w/ ranch
Before bed maybe a s/f ice cream & some more u/s tea
Oh yea, I almost forgot protein bullet (42 grams) 1/2 in the am & 1/2 in the pm I forgot that they have 176 calories!

Ok, so I have had two days of not doing so great. Today we didnt have breakfast, I was lazy, drank coffee till time for Mike to be at the Doc, then we got home after 12. So, here goes my horrible, deplorible, disgusting day!!!

Lunch--Hot Turkey and Swiss on Whole Grain Bread
Snack--Orange
Snack(2)--Orange that
Dinner--Chef salad made at home and a baked sweet potato
Before bed I'll have 8 oz soy milk w/scoop protein powder and a shot of SF choc syrup
And since Im bad, I'll prolly have a glass of crystal lite w/ a shot of vodka to help me rest, Im so freaking sunburned, I need something to help me forget Im hurting!!!
Maybe tomorrow will be a better day, its got to improve, my working out is definitely burning more calories than Im consuming, thats for sure!!!!
AM SHAKE: 10oz warm water, 1 scoop protein powder, creamer and splenda
BREAKFAST: 2 packets of quaker instant oatmean (50% less sugar) with some skim milk (yeah I was pretty hungry, blame the steroids)
LUNCH: none, I never really ate lunch pre-op either
DINNER: Cheesy Quesidilla Hamburger Helper made with ground sirloin (this hamburger helper has rice in it, which is why I like it, and it's not instant rice either). And blackeyed peas with green beans in them
PM SHAKE: Im to tired so I doubt I do it.
SNACK: beef jerky
SNACK: Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Cup with half a small choco chip cookie (yeah Im bad and ate the cookie half, it was a tiny one anyway and wasn't sugar free *sticks out tongue*)
