Whatcha Eating....Tuesday Edition??
Good morning everyone!! Let's see what we are enjoying today.....
Breakfast- slice of whole wheat toast with a slice of cheese
Lunch- chicken salad with whole wheat crackers
Snack- peanuts or maybe some popcorn (i'm craving it again!!)
Dinner- We are having supper out tonight so I will probably have grilled chicken and some salad. Maybe some green beans too!

Well, today has not been my friend, just cant seem to get it together, maybe the rest of the day will be better.
Breakfast-3/4 cup grits (toooo many carbs)
Coffee
Lunch-Nuttin yet and its almost 2, been fishing!!!!
Lunch ended up being 2 small activia yogurts w/granola in them. Had a 44 oz tea from Sonic during my workout, came home, had some string cheese.
Dinner--4 oz steak, small baked potato and corn cobette
Snack after dinner--prolly 1/2 peanut butter sandwich, kinda hungry, think the workout must have sapped my food today.

i suck i had a chicken biscuit from mcd's for breffus chinese food for lunch.....trainer took me to lunch had starbucks for a mid morning beverage...haha wont tell him that ciao babies

My job requires that I attend seminars to fulfill my continuing education requirements each year and this one is in Memphis and since I have to be there at 8 in the morning and I live 3 1/2 hours away Im going to go up this afternoon and stay the night....
And please dont anyone stop posting... you guys cant possibley know how much you have helped me.

I've had a pretty typical day, for me at least. WAKE UP: 10oz. fat free milk w/couple squirts sugar free chocolate syrup BREAKFAST: 2 turkey sausage links and 3/4cup hashbrowns w/low carb ketchup LUNCH: salsa chicken bowl made by taco bell, bought it at wal-mart SNACK: banana & then 1oz. beef jerky DINNER: 1 cup homemade chili w/2% shredded cheese and dollop of light sour cream SNACK: protein bar BEFORE BED: another glass of chocolate milk.
Add in 8 fat free pringles munched on throughout the day, 90+ oz. of fluids, and vitamins....need another calcium before bed. I don't have totals done on fitday yet, not sure if I'll get back here to post them or not but I know I've had all of my protein for today, at least 80g if not more.

Thank goodness I'm finally able to eat a little better and keep things down. I still seem to gravitate towards the softer stuff though.
Here goes:
wake up: latte
bkfst: Smart ones Quesidilla ( I know, not typical breakfast food, but I can eat it easily while I'm getting ready for work)
Snack: Mango smoothie with extra protein from Smoothie King
Lunch: the other quesililla from the smart ones box
Snack: wasabi flavored almonds--1/2 oz
Dinner; Salsa chicken w/ 2% cheese
That's it for me. See everyone tomorrow

AM SHAKE: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 10oz warm water, 1 scoop splenda and 1 french vanilla creamer
BREAKFAST: 1 packet of Apples & Cinnamon Quaker Instant Oatmeal 50% Lower Sugar
LUNCH: none, I hate lunch, rarely eat it
DINNER: Pork Chop, Salad (lettuce, grape tomatoes, green onions, croutons & fat free ranch) & a few bites of Velvetta Shells & Cheese w/ Broccoli
PM SHAKE: will be 10oz warm water 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
