i blew it all weekend......but lost weight gym natzi wants me to go from 152 today to 149.9 by sunday...he says I can do this provided I give up starbucks....and eat healthy....I told him to kiss my crack!!! H elaughed and agreed.....he is crazy he took me to the alicia keys concert and then to the zoo sunday.....he is trying to keep me from eating due to recent stress with my kid graduating and me kicking my husband out. so anyhow.....I am alive...just stressed

You can totally do the 149.9 IMHO. Maybe not as fast as Sunday without giving up Starbucks. LOL. But you can do it!

I so loved talking to you today! I know talking to me on the phone (especially when I'm working) can be a train wreck - but we did okay today I think!
I know it's nothing personal and your busy! After talking to you though, I just thought I'd go ahead and plead with EVERYONE to speak up more often!
Now that I know you haven't heard from Amy or Evelyn either, I'm really worried. Rhonda was going to call Evelyn after group this month if memory serves. I wonder if she heard from her.

Here's my eating prob. I do great at work....and then I get home and go on an eating fest for about an hour. I've got to find something more productive to do during this hour!! Easier said than done.
On another note--I tried a new Crystal Light today and it was great!! Red Tea, Natural Mandarin. This is very exciting news to me. Changing drinks has been the hardest adjustment since my WLS and it is super when I find something new and good.
I am a lurker. Will certainly try to join in more.
Oh, and I didn't exercise today....tomorrow's a new day.

I'm glad to have you even though you're here out of fear! (I LMAO at that!)
As far as the hour-long eat-fest as soon as you get home, it is just a bad habit and I totally think you can lick it! It must be a pretty common problem to, because Dr. Phil talked about the as-soon-as-you-walk-in-the-door-eat-fest thing once if memory serves. I don't know if you think Dr. Phil is full of cra*****t. (But I'll tell you what he said regardless.) He said that breaking a habit like that can be as simple as changing small things about what you are doing that may seem completely unrelated to the habit. He actually suggested the person walk into their house through a different door or drive a different way home or put everything down and water your flowers BEFORE you go in the door. I don't know if that would work or not - but shoot, it may be worth a try!
As far as the drinking thing, I can TOTALLY relate. I was drinking great biggie size diet sodas with every meal PLUS a 6 pack of diet sprite every night pre-op, so I understand. I don't know what is going on with Crystal Light - but they have put out a BUNCH of new flavors lately. My husband has most recently tried the green tea crystal light and loves it! They put out something like 8 new flavors and my hubby is trying them 1 at a time. So far, he's liked all of them!
