breakfast - medium banana & 1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds 16.9 ounces water 15 ounce protein drink lunch - homemade hamburger pizza 16.9 ounces water snack - 2 bites pintos & cheese (no cheese) & medium banana 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup supper - medium egg, 1/2 turkey sausage patty & 1/2 slice Sara Lee Delightful Wheat toast
