lunch - homemade hamburger pizza

snack - 2 bites pintos & cheese (no cheese) & medium banana
16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
supper - medium egg, 1/2 turkey sausage patty & 1/2 slice Sara Lee Delightful Wheat toast

wake up: latte

lunch: left over white chicken chili
Dinner 2 oz steak, 1/2 sweet potato, 1/2 grilled onion, sugar snap peas
snack: wheat thins w/ LF cream cheese
snack: lattte

AM SHAKE: 10oz warm water, 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder, Splenda and French Vanilla Creamer
BREAKFAST: Farina Wheat Cereal w/ Splenda sweetened strawberry preserve
LUNCH: none
DINNER: Tuna Cheesey Melt (homemade) and Salad
PM SHAKE: 10oz warm water and 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
