R'ya Movin??? Saturday Edition!

I finished walking about an hour ago, but went next door to see mom & then came home & showered before posting this.   I went WITHOUT the dogs today to the track at the school.  I wanted to see about how far I was actually walking (distance wise) when I do my hour of walking.   On the track today, I walked a little over 3 miles in one hour.  With the dogs on the road, going up and down that hill, it could be more or less.  Sometimes they run so fast that they are literally almost PULLING me up and down the road.  Other times, they stop all together to do whatever business they have to do.  (I walk in place during those times.) So who knows.  Good to SORT of know though.   So... did YOU move today?
