Whatcha Eating.....Friday Edition??

Thank goodness its Friday!! I can't wait for the weekend!!  Breakfast- peanut butter crackers (3) Lunch- 1/2 roast beef sandwich on whole wheat bread Snack- almonds

Dinner- pizza......not my choice though!! I'm going out with a group of friends and thats what the majority wants to have so I guess I'm going to be having that too!! I'm gonna have chicken pizza so it might not be as bad for me!! LOL!!  What are the rest of you having to eat today?   Karen

I had my two week follow up yesterday, and was given the O.K. to go swimming, so I went to water arobics this morning. And it felt so good. And then I took 1/2 mile walk with my dog. Things are looking better everyday. (18 days post-op) Breakfast- one egg and cheese Lunch- 1/2 cup tomato soup, and 1/2 grilled cheese Supper- 1/2 chicken breast and cream of chicken soup baked, mixed vegies snack- one  yogurt

What are u having to eat today?

Hey Karen, Happy weekend!!!   Hope you have a great time at dinner this evening. Yep, I think chicken anything is better than pizza with pepperoni. Unless of course you're eating Wendy's healthy low fat pizza with turkey pepperoni on it! My day; Wake up:      latte Bkfst:      1/2 grilled cheese sand on double fiber bread and an orange way to work:      latte Lunch:      1/2 cup shrimp creole Snack:      egg salad on crackers made with low fat mayo Dinner:      went to the Greek food festival and brought home grilled chicken w/ salad. Snack;      might not have one...we'll see

Breakfast:  1 pkg instant oatmeal Lunch:  rest of my leftover won ton soup Dinner:  Turkey chili Its Pickle Fest weekend in Atkins....gotta get a fried dill pickle (just one)!!
