Whatcha Eating.....Friday Edition??
Thank goodness its Friday!! I can't wait for the weekend!! Breakfast- peanut butter crackers (3) Lunch- 1/2 roast beef sandwich on whole wheat bread Snack- almonds
Dinner- pizza......not my choice though!! I'm going out with a group of friends and thats what the majority wants to have so I guess I'm going to be having that too!! I'm gonna have chicken pizza so it might not be as bad for me!! LOL!! What are the rest of you having to eat today? Karen
I had my two week follow up yesterday, and was given the O.K. to go swimming, so I went to water arobics this morning. And it felt so good. And then I took 1/2 mile walk with my dog. Things are looking better everyday. (18 days post-op) Breakfast- one egg and cheese Lunch- 1/2 cup tomato soup, and 1/2 grilled cheese Supper- 1/2 chicken breast and cream of chicken soup baked, mixed vegies snack- one yogurt
