Whatcha Eating.....Thursday Edition??
Hello everyone. Hope somewhere in our state there is better weather than we are having right now. Its dreary outside.
Breakfast- Peanut butter crackers (3)
Lunch- popcorn......don't feel much like eating today. Kind of have a headache!
Snack- not sure......probably cheese cubes
Dinner- pork loin and potatoes

Hope your headache gets better soon! I've finally gotten to a point where I'm eating enough to be able to talk about it. Still having trouble eating dense proteins, not unlike a newbie would. Very annoying after 19 months of smooth sailing, now I'm back PAST square one. Dr Gibbs did a bit of revision on my rny and now I seem to at the drop of a hat! I even yakked water the other day while driving down the road! Gosh, this is awful!
Anyway, here it is, for better or for worse:
Wake up: Latte
Bkfst 3/4 peanut butter SF jelly sandwich on double fiber bread
Snack: mango smoothie w/ protein
Lunch: white chicken chili
Snack: latte
Dinner: shrimp creole, hopefully 1/2 cup

Hey guys,
Today has been ok, havent taken time to calculate the calories for everything, but I know Im ok, carbs will be a little high, but protien is good and liquids are good. One thing at a time!!!
Wake up--Coffee
Breakfast--1 cup oatmeal w/soy mild and splenda
Lunch--6 oz pork tenderloin broiled and 3 oz cheddar cheese
Snack--Granola bar
Dinner--Pork stir fry (pork tenderloin, bell pepper, onion, celery) and very little pasta if any
Lots of crystal lite today and 44 oz u/s tea Will be leaving in the morning for Eureka Springs for a wedding Im in on Sat so I wont be posting my food for friday or sat until late sat. I'll calculate my counts for today after my bath tonight if I can hold my eyes open long enough!!!!

Just wanted you to know I cant do grilled chicken either, cant do truly grilled much of anything. But the chicken, especially the breast, just DO NOT go down!!! Maybe you and I are really sisters and just dont know it, we have wayyyyyy to many similarities, but hey, I dont mind being like you!!!! At least your a loser too!!

breakfast - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 20 ounces protein drink lunch - 6 tbsp homemade chicken chili & 2 SF Reese's PB cups 20 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup snack - 4 apple slices & 1 ounce cocoa roasted almonds 16.9 ounces water supper - 1/2 cup black beans w/ shredded cheese garnish & top of 1 steak fajita nacho (no chip) short on fluids... weird day though
Breakfast - 8 tator tots, tea Break - egg w/cheese Lunch - Tomato soup, 20 oz special K protein H2O Snack - 1/2 snickers marathon protein bar Dinner - 1/2 Grilled BBQ chicken* and sweet peas 20 oz special K protein H2O
**I the first couple of bites of chicken but went back to it after a 15 minute breather and the chicken went down fine; I think I must have not chewed those first couple of bites thoroughly.
