Whatcha Eating....Tuesday Edition??
Hi everyone!
Breakfast- scrambled egg
Lunch- grilled fish and a little bit of baked potato (going out to lunch today with some teachers. We're having a very QUICK working lunch!!)
Snack- maybe almonds if I have anything at all!
Dinner- leftovers again! We have so much turkey and dressing left over. We have to eat it before it ruins. Its sure good though!

Hi Karen, hope your still doing well..School is almost out! yea!, no more fighting with my 18 year old to get out of bed every morning.
Iam still on full liquids, but here it is:
Breakfast: Dannon light & fit strawberry smoothie
Lunch: 1 single serving size can of creamy chicken soup
Dinner: I think I'll have tomato soup
Can't wait till Thursday, I'll be on mushies!!!
Hey Mary! Sounds like you are doing great! I'm so happy for you and definately glad to see that you are posting on this thread often! YES, I am so glad that school is almost out! The kids are getting restless and so are the teachers. I just want to be outside all the time so I know the kids do too! Keep up the good work! How much have you lost so far?

Karen- I am feeling really good finally, it took a while, the gas was the worst! I have lost about 15 lbs. so far but it is really weird that I lost that almost immediately and then the scale has stopped moving the last 4 days or so, I know Iam not getting in more than about 500 calories a day, but the scale is not moving, whats up with that?

breakfast - 1 egg & 1 slice "butter painted" dour dough toast
20 ounces water
lunch - grilled steak, lettuce & cheese
16.9 ounces water
snack - 1 medium banana & 1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds
16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
supper - 1/2 cup Egg Noodle Chicken Dinner & 4 potato skin chips
Calories: 1014.5
Fat g: 28.5
Net Carbs: 95.4
Protein: 86.05
Fluid Oz: 72.9

Lunch - ham and cheese, few chips, grapes
Snack - granola bar, cheez its
Dinner - roast, mashed potatos/gravy, mac n cheese, greene beans, corn - I know it sounds like a lot but really it was only about a tbsp of each one so I didn't over do it
Snack - sf ice cream - granola bar (really late)
Snack - coffee
Lunch - ham and cheese, few chips, grapes
Snack - granola bar, cheez its

Splenda coated almonds
Wednesday will be a better day!
