need advice
Increase your fluids, like 90-100oz. minimum daily. Increase your protein by at least 10g daily. Increase your exercise....add a day or an extra 20 minutes daily. What is your calorie level? Believe it or not, sometimes increasing your calorie level will kick start your weight loss....always does for me. Do those things, diligently, every day until the 21st and I'll bet you'll lose those six pounds. Won't hurt to try, right? You look great, by the way! Good luck and let us know how it turns out.
