Good morning evryone! What are you eating today? Breakfast- granola bar Lunch- chicken salad with whole wheat crackers Snack- peanuts or cashews Dinner- leftover turkey and dressing from Mother's Day yesterday!

breakfast - 1 medium egg & 1/2 turkey sausage patty 20 ounce protein drink lunch - 1 medium banana & 1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds (yummmm) 16.9 ounces water snack - grilled steak soft taco (steak, lettuce & cheese only) (yummmmm) 20 ounces water supper - 1 ounce cocoa roasted almonds, 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 20 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
