Good morning evryone! What are you eating today? Breakfast- granola bar Lunch- chicken salad with whole wheat crackers Snack- peanuts or cashews Dinner- leftover turkey and dressing from Mother's Day yesterday!

Hope everyone had a nice weekend! Back into the work rut for a while! Take care and be sure to post what you are eating today!!   Karen

Breakfast- protien shake Lunch- chicken salad wrap 1/2 Snack- cheese and crackers

Dinner- don't know yet " still need help posting my weight tracker pm me PLEASE!!!!"

I love me no matter what....and this surgery will only enhance my inner and outter beauty.

Cause you know I put the FAB in FABULOUS!!!!!

Breakfast - 1 toast with peanut butter
Lunch - 1/2 Taco Bell cruchwrap
Snack - choc cake - work celebration
Dinner - don't know yet but I have to do the grocery shopping I skipped on the weekend!

breakfast - 1 medium egg & 1/2 turkey sausage patty 20 ounce protein drink lunch - 1 medium banana & 1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds (yummmm) 16.9 ounces water snack - grilled steak soft taco (steak, lettuce & cheese only) (yummmmm) 20 ounces water supper - 1 ounce cocoa roasted almonds, 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 20 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
