2 tbsp PB2 + 4/8 apple slices (large yellow apple?)
16.9 ounces water
16/20 Gladiator - double banana flavor (Smoothie King)
chicken & lettuce & 1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds
16.9 ounces water
1/2 cup Egg Noodle Chicken Dinner + 4 Potato Skins chips
20 ounces skim milk + 2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate syrup
1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds & 2 tbsp PB2 + 4/8 apple slices (large yellow apple?)

Guess you're the only one who ate yesterday!   Hope some more folks post today. I got our OH magazines on Friday. Wouldn't you know it?  One day late.  Oh well, they'll keep for next month.   I'm going to meet with Lauren today about the walk from obesity, so I'll let you know how it goes.

Boy did I eat yesterday!
Breakfast - 1/2 fried egg, 2 bites hashbrowns, 1/4 waffle with sf syrup (husband got Waffle House for breakfast)
Lunch - 3oz sirloin, 4 tbs baked potato, couple of bites of salad, hot roll (Colton's for Mother's Day lunch)
Dinner - 1/2 ham and cheese and baked chips
late night - sf ice cream bar
I love Mother's Day - I got all my favorites today!
