Whatcha Eatin??? Saturday Edition.

Okay, I have to confess what I ate today because it was all on the fly (after my attempt at pizza this morning). breakfast - RNY pizza attempt 1 20 ounce protein drink lunch - 1/2 grilled catfish fillet w/ 1 lemon wedge, 1/8 plain baked potato, 1/4 cheddar bay biscuit (Red Lobster w/ my daughter) 16.9 ounces water snack - 1 medium banana (while I was grocery shopping) 16.9 ounces water supper (now) - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 ??? ounces skim milk (depends on how late I can stay up to drink in as many more calories as I can get) So far for the day, not including the skim milk: Calories: 641.09 Fat: 20.54 Net Carbs: 46.4 Protein: 68.68 Fluids: 53.8 (See why I need the milk?)  Edited to add - okay, I just threw an ounce of cocoa roasted almonds in w/ the PB2 & apple slices, so that should get me on up there for the day.  I feel better now.
