R'ya Movin??? Thursday Edition!

Well, I figured time would be at a premium this afternoon & tonight - so I got up & walked this morning (by myself).   I did 1 brisk hour long walk up & down my road/hill first thing this morning.  (I just now got a break @ work to post this.) So... did YOU move today???

Wendy, I am soooooooooooo proud of you!  Walking in the rain, walking by yourself before work....all I can say is

I move in the morning.  I wish I could in the afternoon like you, but I talk myself out of it.  This morning did one cardio machine for 20 minutes and then did another for 20 to mix it up a bit. Eliza

I walked this morning and it started to rain, my husband called my cell and came to pick me up about six houses down the road. It was funny, he didn't want me to get wet. I am not walking far, but I am moving. ( I am 10 days post-op VSG) Candy
