1yr post op appointment

I don't post here much, but I enjoy lurking, but I thought that I would share....I had my 1 yr post op appointment with Dr Gibbs yesterday, by his records I am down 111.4 pounds, which is actually 4 pounds less than the goal that I had set for myself, I orginally said that I wanted to be at 180, I hover between 174-177 right now, but I am thinking that I might push alittle harder to get into the 160's which I don't think is out of the question if I try.

That is really great. You can do whatever you set your mind to do. Just depends on what weight you feel the most comfortable with. Anyway, way to go....so proud for you.
