Whatcha Eating....Wednesday Edition??
Breakfast - low carb capaccino Mid morning snack - 2 mini packets of peanut M& Ms & diet dr pepper (had to, I was up until 3:00 a.m. working on business bills; I will be so glad when I have my band and that won't happen. I had given sodas up, but the kids would have carried me away today without it. May 23 - last day of school... yea!!!! I waited to get band til summer so I could have all summer to get my routine together! Lunch - taco salad, no sourcream, add 1 tbsp salsa, refried beans (gave cinnamon roll away... lunch menu ... I had lunchroom duty) Snack - piece of gum, water Dinner - not sure, probably grilled chicken salad - kids like Wendy's (daughter age 6 gets baked potato w/ cheese & broc, son gets burger. evening snack - orange or fiber bar
Today got started all wrong, lol Hubby was at doctor first thing and was supposed to be fasting, so I wouldnt eat in front of him. Sooo, today is kinda messed up to start Snack-Handful of roasted peanuts Finally home and breakfast-1/2 cream of wheat w/splenda and soy milk Lunch-Some great dish hubby cooked, called it Coubian, was rice, corn, rotel, onions and grilled fish Snack-1/2 package of granola bar w/peanut butter on top dipped in s/f f/f chocolate pudding that didnt set up!!!! Dinner-Not sure yet, may go out w/Mike and my sister, will add later to let you know. I have tried to get more liquid in today, still a struggle, but Im getting there. Rhonda D. What are you having? Edited to add: Dinner-Homemade spaghetti, resisted the garlic bread, go me!!!! It was so good, if I do toot my own horn!!! So much better than anything I could eat out and much healthier. Got in most of my liquids, and its only 8, so maybe I'll get it accomplished. I tried the reward thing, no more coffee till you drink 16 oz crystal lite and it worked!!! Cya all later!!
