Whatcha Eating....Tuesday Edition??
Good morning everyone! Let's see what we are eating today.....
Breakfast- 1/2 slice toast with cream cheese
Lunch- chicken salad with whole wheat crackers
Snack- peanuts or cheese cubes (maybe a little of both)
Dinner- spaghetti and garlic bread and maybe a bite or two of salad

breakfast - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2
20 ounce protein drink
lunch - pintos & cheese
16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
supper - 1/2 cup Marie Calendars Lasagna & 1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds
16.9 ounces water
snack - 1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds, 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2

Breakfast-Banana (I love them, had forgotten how much I like them)
Snack-Coffee
Lunch-1/4 cup cheesy echilada hamburger helper, 1/2 slice garlic toast
Snack-Banana
Late evening snack-1 oz pistachios
(Had an aunt come over that wouldnt leave, so I had a late late dinner)
Dinner-1 tilapia fillet on a slice of toasted bread, 1 oz cheddar and 10 tiny french fries
Had about 20 oz crystal lite, 16 oz soy milk w/sf choc syrup
Not enough liquid today, having trouble there, any suggestions?? Just cant seem to get it to go down, HELP!!!!

Breakfast - toast w/peanut butter and 1/4 cup cheerios
coffee/water
Lunch - taco salad, tea
Snack - 2 cookies
Dinner - tuna sandwich and fries (baked - very tasty!)
Snack - 1/2 cup ice cream and coffee
Now I'm just waiting on my oldest son to return from a track meet and resist the temptation to eat anything else today. Late nights are the worst for me - I want to snack all night! AT

AM SHAKE: protein powder (chocolate) with splenda and creamer (10oz)
BREAKFAST: Apple and Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal (the 50% less sugar Quaker)
LUNCH: a few bites of a chicken strip
DINNER: Cheesy Quesidilla Hamburger Helper (made with ground sirloin, the hamburger helper had rice not pasta in it), Mixed Vegetables and a little bit of loaded mash potatoes and gravy (like 4 bites)
PM SHAKE: protein powder (chocolate) with splenda and creamer (10oz)
SNACK: some beef jerky and also some pumpkin seeds
LIQUIDS: I got 24oz in between breakfast and lunch, a few sugar free popsicles, 24 oz after dinner
