Thursday's support group meeting

    Hi All! Thursday is the monthly support group meeting at Baptist from 6:00-7:30.  Post ops will be meeting in our regular place in the back of the cafeteria. I'll let you know for sure where the pre-ops are meeting. This month's discussion is based on the best selling book "Eat this, Not That".   I just bought this book and recommend it highly to everyone.  We'll go over restaurant, fast food and grocery shopping  tips and tricks.  Also, we'll be discussing the upcoming Walk From Obesity in September. Hope lots of you can make it,......I missed you last month!

Hey Susan, I'll be there. My husband is coming with me if that is ok. Is that room behind the cafeteria where the open house was back in October?

The pre-ops meet in Gilbreath Auditorium behind the cafeteria on the Ground Floor. If this changes, I'll be sure to post it. Looking forward to seeing you!
