R'ya Movin??? Monday (1st) Edition

I just got back from walking my parents dogs up and down our road/hill.   Today I did 60 minutes.  Part of me wanted to quit at 30, then 40; but I pushed through the whole 60 minutes.  I don't think my pace was great the whole time - felt like I dragged ass some.  But I kept moving the whole time, so that's got to count for something!  So, before I get into the shower, as promised, here I am for the inaugural daily exercise thread (which I'll do every night right after I finish exercising - unless something happens or I'm gone or something which should be rarely).   So people, are YOU moving today?

Well, I just got finished exercising myself! I had posted earlier that I was going to walk two miles but I only ended up walking a mile. My brother skipped out on me tonight for a date so I ended up walking by myself and I didn't want to be up on the track by myself too late at night. Don't think anything would ever happen but you never know right! Guess we will have to walk three miles tomorrow to make up for today! LOL!! Anyone else moving?

I set a goal of 1000 minutes of exercise for the remainder of the month.  I will check in and update my progress. CB

i work out everynight monday nite ...........45 mins on the elliptical burned over 700 cals then onto lifting weights.....I do that three times a week (mon, wed, fri) tonight tuesday is about 2 hrs of cardio have a good day tabbykat

I am not doing so good in this part of my journey...9 yrs later. :-(
